2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Procedure

- Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization.
- Carefully repackage the item with the return authorization and ship it to the provided address.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect:

- Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging
- We will prioritize sending a replacement or issue a full refund based on the situation
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are processed or shipped.
